Printed Fabric Labels and Contract Printing

Car-Mel Products manufactures beautiful colorfast printed fabric labels on many types of fabric label tapes. Though we offer many different types, our most popular fabric labels are printed on woven edge satin polyester, polyester taffeta, coated nylon, coated polyester, cotton, tear away acetate, mil-spec reemay, flame retardant materials, and many more.

Capabilities for our printed fabric labels are six colors on the front and two colors on the reverse. Finished labels can be ultrasonic cut for a smooth non-beaded scratchy edge, and can come in several different folds including center fold, end fold, and book fold.

We provide contract printing. Many clients send their ideas and fabric to Car-Mel Products to be created for various end use applications. Some of these applications include printed camouflage, filtration banding, and many other specialty applications. If you bring us your ideas, we can help make it happen.

Need help with pulling your ideas together? We have an in house design staff that can create the right look for your product. Our plates are made in house, which reduces lead times and gives us more control for quick adjustments. Have your own artwork ready to go? Our graphic designers can work with multiple file formats. Adobe Illustrator file (.ai), vector files (.eps), and editable PDF files are all accepted.

Our staff will need to know if the labels will be subjected to stone was, enzyme wash, dye processes or other severe wash processes so we can recommended compatible labels. Note that severe wash processes need to be tested by the customer or end user.
